Steak & European Cuisine Le Monde Fujigaya

Shizuoka Downtown

A store where you can enjoy Shizuoka tea, European cuisine, teppanyaki, and tea pairing with Shizuoka tea.

We were founded in 1967 as a teppanyaki and European restaurant. We have created our "Welcome to Shizuoka" lunch and dinner courses (reservation required) with the help of a Japanese tea instructor, wine sommelier, and our chef and assistant chef. Both were certified by the city in 2017 as a "Shizuoka Women's☆Brand Product" for its pioneering design by a woman. Come and enjoy our dishes utilizing Shizuoka tea, as well as seasonal ingredients (sakura shrimp, whitebait, corn, and other vegetables) and Shizuoka wagyu beef teppanyaki.

We also offer multiple experiences allowing you to pair our food with 4-5 types of Shizuoka tea (a delicious marriage of flavors).

With the help of the different varieties of Shizuoka tea, we aim to create a "world of Shizuoka tea" experience for our visitors. A single Shizuoka tea list is also available.
